WHY has no one told me about this beauty (ha, get it!) of a website?

It is fabulous! The products and the shipping are all half price! For example, the KLEANCOLOR Nail varnishes (which has at least 60 colours?) only cost a measley $1.75, and the posting and shipping is $1.00. They have all categories of makeup, although they dont host massive brands such as MAC, they do have a massive amount of NYX products! And I love love love the nail varnishes and nail art they do..

New Hair Colour!

Well, today is the first day I have finally worn my new colour! And I am SO pleased with the result. It is finally the subtle blonde I aimed to get the first time I ran a blonde dye through my hair. Seven months I've been trying to get where I am now! My hair first started off as a light brown..

This looks a little darker than it actually was, as someone has edited it for me (heavily), but I had become rather bored with this, and wanted a drastic change. So on new years eve, I put a lightener kit on my hair. Let me tell you, NEVER EVER, use a shop brought lightener! They are HORRENDOUS! I bought mine from Superdrug, I'm not sure what brand it was, but the instructions were awful, and instead of it lightening my hair two shades lighter, it instead turned my hair an awful mane of ginger and WHITE blonde streaks! I have no photographic evidence of this, as it was just awful! Now I could live with the white blonde.. However the ginger I could not! So, I then stupidly decided to put a light blonde dye straight on to it, purely because I could just not look at my hair without wanting to cry haha, here's how it turned out then..

Now you can definitely NOT see just how streaky, or how bright and ginger my hair is in this picture because of the bad lighting, bad blackberry picture ect, but you can see how considerably lighter it was than before. I really hated this colour, so the next day (and I know how extremely bad this was for my hair) I went to Tesco's and bought a Nice'n'Easy brown hair dye. I can't remember the exact shade or how dark the brown was, I just wanted to get in and out of Tescos and back home where I could return my hair to a humane colour. Anyway, I put the dye on and here was the result...

Haha, these are awful pictures! But I had more or less returned to the colour I had before all the blonde fiasco. In the first picture you can see how brown it is compared to the previous blonde, but the second is awful! You can still see the streaks of ginger and blonde in the bits of my hair, where the blonde hair dye had turned all sorts of colours. I really wasnt happy with this colour, hence the reason I wanted blonde in the first place, but I left my hair alone for a good four months, for it to breathe and lighten up during the summer months. It got to this stage before I put another dye on it again..

As you can see it is a wee bit lighter, and the colour had evened itself out. It was more caramel here now, and you can't see in this picture but my roots were horrendous! So I went into Superdrug and bought a hair dye that was near enough the same colour as my hair (It said it was an ashy blonde dye on the box) and proceeded to dye my hair again! Now, I was still aiming for a blonde, and I didn't let myself get over excited like last time and just shove a bright blonde on light brown hair, so I just wanted it lightened gradually.. and this is how it turned out..

This is slightly lighter than before, much more of a blonde than a brown and I was quite happy with it as I did have a few very light natural blonde highlights, and it looked very nice. However, I was still aiming for more of a blonde, so for a couple of months I left it to lighten up in the sun and then..

Yesterday was the day I finally gathered my balls and decided to put a blonde on! It was very light, but not bright which I intended. But I tell ya! I was so nervous, and I was shaking over the bath as I washed it out. My sister's comments didn't help either ('oooh its so bright at the roots' 'oh no, you're looking a tad ginger there') argh! I didn't expect it but I was SO pleased with the result..

I really really love it! The colouring really compliments my face and skin tone, and it's just the colour I've been dreaming of for SEVEN whole months! Patience is key ;)

Been meaning to get a cross ring for ages, and this is my favourite by far! It's a pretty, rustic gold and it's also adjustable which is perfect for me because my fingers are weird sizing!

I think the pricing is pretty good for Topshop! And I'm such a big fan for patterned leggings, I can't just wear plain black ones hehe.

This top is such a sweet and girlie top. The beading is so cute, and would make a nice day outfit, or could be dressed up for a night out. This also has a built in jersey, already underneath, so it's only sheer in appropriate places, and you don't have to go through the hassle of find a jersey to put under it haha!

Guess what?! Everything I'm wearing today is from Primark haha..

I bought this light pink blouse yesterday from Primark for £10, the button detail is so cute. I teamed them with my bright blue jeans, which you cant see extremely well in this picture, but they are basic skinny jeans, which are literally an electric blue. These were £12.

I also wore my brown skinny plaited belt, which I also purchased from Primark (£1) to break up to the outfit.

This is a very posey picture of me hehe, but I just wanted to show off the ring I bought, which is a very cheap knock off (£2.50) of other rings I've seen.

Again, a very posey picture but this is the top full view, and I love the balloon sleeves.

Views and Reviews; Aussie Luscious Long, Leave in Conditioner

I have very long, unruly hair and have been trying to find something that will tame it, whilst I apply massive amount of heat to it! And, I think I have come across the best heat protector yet. I brought this in Boots, for the bargain price of £3.68.

Now, I use this every time I get out of the shower. I towel dry my hair, until it's around 30% dry. I DON'T brush it before I use this, as it is also a de-tangler, and using this before brushing helps to manage my mane. It's a spray, and the texture of the product is what you would expect from a spray. However, I found this quite weird, as it's a leave in conditioner, so I thought it would be a pump and have more volume to the product. But this doesn't stop it from working wonders!

I dry my hair upside down, to add volume, and so I payed particular attention to the roots when spraying this product. I did spray a lot, around 15 squirts. Once I dried my hair fully, I then straightened it. I can tell you, my ends felt SO soft! Normally my hair tends to get ratty towards the ends, because of it's length, but this conditioner worked wonders. I can't preach this enough! I think this is mainly due to the Avocado oil and Eucalyptus, as they are both very nourishing to the hair making it sleek and shiny. You can pick these products up in the smell as well, which is very clean and subtle. I love this product! Definitely going to be a permanent hair care product. And I would recommend, for long hair, using their whole 'Luscious Long' hair care range, which consists of a shampoo, conditioner, and 3 Minute Miracle Deep Treatment. Definitely looking forward to picking these up and trying them!

Overall Advantages; Low price, does exactly what it says and leaves hair smooth and manageable.

Overall Disadvantages; To be picky, when not applying heat after using this, it makes hair crispy, but this would be my fault, as I applied it knowing I wasn't going to use heat.

Leopard print nails!

Want to get these nails?! Here are the products and method I used, hope you enjoy :)

Firstly, I did two base coats in the colour, 'Lemon Drop' by Rimmel London. This has a lovely fruity smell as well, bonus! Sorry for how messy the nail varnish is btw hehe..

I then used this varnish, which is 'Mad About Mango' by Revlon, to create the spots. Now, I am no nail art professional, and have no special tools to do the job. So, to achieve the desired effect, I used the end of a bobby pin! Honestly, it works genius! Instead of dipping your whole bobby pin into the bottle, blob a sufficient amount onto a piece of paper, and get spotting! This is also scented, it's mouth watering! Smells of skittles, my favourite sweets!

I then finally used a brown, 'Jermyn Street' by nails inc. I used this to create an outline on the spots. You don't have to outline every single spot, it looks more realistic when you leave some spots bare. You could use a black for this, I would recommend a Revlon or Barry M product, however, I tried it, and felt it was to harsh compared to the yellow and orange. To do this, i used the sharp end of a cocktail stick! They are sooo handy for this.

So you can achieve this look, without having to fork out for special nail tools or anything like that. Woohoo!

Hello there, this is a product I have recently purchased from Superdrug. I am a massive fake tan fan, and have tried many different products. However, I think I have finally found 'the one'. To be honest, it first appealed to me because of it's price. It retails, for £5.75, but it was on offer for just a measly £3.50, yay! It's a 400ml bottle, so the original price is a bargain anyway!

It claims to have an extract of apricot, which I definitely can smell when applying. It has a very fresh, fruity smell which certainly appeals to smother all over your skin. The texture is quite watery, which surprised me, as I didn't think it would absorb into my skin very well. However, it did take a while to dry, but it wasn't heavy at all and left my skin looking shiny, not greasy or sticky which I have experienced with some fake tans before.

Now this is a gradual fake tan, and I have scanned the back of the bottle, and it does not say how long it takes for the tan to develop. I applied this after my shower, before bed. I woke up the next morning and it had fully developed, so I would estimate at roughly 5 hours.

The actual tan is not to dramatic and comes off looking brown more than orange due to the red undertones. This matches a real tan more easily, which I was so so pleased about! I applyed it to my whole body, including my face, however, there wasn't a huge difference in my face in comparison to my body. So I would say to apply generous amount to the face, elbows and knees. The tops and bottoms of my legs came off a lovely colour, which matched my arms and belly to the T! It wasn't streaky or patchy, but I can't tell if that was due to the way I applied it (circular motions) or down to the product, as my ankle and tops of my feet were a tincy but to orange for my liking. However, I may have gone a bit to fake tan happy, and over excited myself a bit. So, avoid my mistake and use sparingly on those body parts.

The only disadvantage to this product is the fact it is also a moisturiser.

It being a moisturiser isn't a disadvantage in itself, however, how effective the moisturiser works is. Because of the watery texture, it doesn't feel like it moisturises my skin as well as it should. And especially not for 12 hours as it claims. It does feel lovely, but with people with dry skin, I don't think this would be an alternative moisturiser. But, all in all, I love this fake tan and will definitely be buying again!
